VICI will maintain ownership of the property’s land and real estate. Through this joint effort, Hard Rock has seized control of the casino’s operating assets and will rebrand to Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati. The acquisition is undertaken through a collaboration with VICI Properties. Hard Rock International has issued a public announcement that its global gaming portfolio has been broadened due to the purchase of JACK Cincinnati Casino.
