Mikkelsen recalls their initial conversation at costume fitting. The late James Caan starred as Ed Deline, the head of security for the Montecito, while Josh Duhamel (then of just All My Children) played Ed’s apprentice, Danny McCoy. Daniel Craig and Mads Mikkelsen first met casting the 2006 film Casino Royale, which was Craig’s first turn at James Bond.
